Grieving comes in many shapes and sizes. What it stirs in you can be hard to face and be motivated to move through. While navigating grief, the aspect you seek most is how to find a new direction to follow.

You may be asking yourself: Who am I now?

THAT is the question for the griever. He, she, they are no longer here. I am no longer that because I have retired.

How do we find a New Direction?

The first step is to recognize that grief is not a single emotion. It is an umbrella of many emotions which can complicate or cause ripples and waves for you to then navigate through.

You will discover those habitual patterns that keep you stuck in suffering.

So, again, let’s ask: How do we find a New Direction?

Curiosity and choice.

By seeing which of the deepest parts of you are longing to be healed, you get to gently choose who you want to be and which path you will take as you move forward.

To tap into healing and the path that will move you forward, I invite you to Join ENERGY FIRST RESPONDERS: To Co-Create Ways Forward In Times of Change.

This prayer call every Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. PT is something I do to nurture myself and discern what is mine to do. It can be your opportunity to do the same.
